What is the Inversion Method?
The Inversion Method is simple turning your head upside down for 4 minutes after you massage your scalp with the heated version of your favorite natural oil. You do this for 7 consecutive days and at the end the goal is to have 1 inch in growth. If you normall hang upside down for fun or for exercise like yoga, gymnastics, cheerleading, etc., then you already do a form of the Inversion Method.
How does it work?
The best way to grow long, thick hair quickly is to increase the blood circulation to your scalp, which will stimulate the hair folicles to grow. Scalp massages and inversion exercises will increase your hair growth. It is up to you if you chose to continue the method pass 7 days; however, results have been reported to decreases if you go pass the initial 7 days.
Steps:
- Heat up your favorite natural oil in the microwave or heat up water and place you oil container in the hot water.
- Apply the warm oil to your scalp
- Massage the oil in your scalp for about 1 minute
- Invert your head for 4 minutes for 7 consecutive days
